Rufus Update

Rufus is in for a fight, but if anyone can do it, I know Old Man can. He's a tough old dog. He is suffering from acute liver and kidney failure brought on by hepatitis. We aren't sure at this point how he got the hepatitis but his age probably didn't help (he's 15). If we can get through this organ failure, we can treat the hepatitis.

He's in for a long haul but is slightly improved from when we rushed him to the hospital this morning at 5:00 a.m. He's still in critical condition but is resting comfortably now, which he was not doing this morning.

This could take days or it could take weeks. I'll update you as I know more.
