I know I haven't been around, but this time I have a great reason why! It's not an excuse, per say. It's just what's been going on. After way too long of trying, T and I are having a baby!
Yes, you read that right! WE'RE HAVING A BABY!
While it hasn't been two full weeks since we've known, it feels like a lifetime. Needless to say, we've been busy with doctor's appointments and questions about daycare (not so lucky for a year of maternity leave here) and baby furniture and deciding on birth plans!
It's been quite fun to tell people and see their reactions.
I've been feeling ok so far. I'm just really tired. Naps have become quite routine, as have early bedtimes. Things are starting to smell funny. The dogs must be at my side at all times. They want to be curled up with me or touching me, preferably both.
Ok, I'm yawning. So I think I need a nap.
