What customer service should be

I've always loved etsy. For those of you who don't know about it, it's people who are selling their handmade wares online. There is such a vast range of wonderful things. It has become my go to place for gifts. It's quite wonderful.

A while back, Stephanie introduced me to a vendor with handmade soaps and lotions - Bunnybutt Apothecary. I ordered some lotion and soap and have loved it. The smell of the lotion has started to change for me though. So I send Anna a note through etsy and asked if she had non-scented lotion.

She didn't, but you know what she did? She made a custom batch just for me! It came in the mail yesterday and is WONDERFUL! And in the spot where she normally puts the scent of the lotion, she had put my custom named lotion... it's called "Non-Smelly". And that not only made me smile, but made me a loyal customer!
