We're fine. The winds shifted. The temperature dropped. The humidity increased. The firefighters did an amazing job of keeping the fire contained to the area that it was.
We were lucky. A lot of people were not so lucky. Thank you to everyone locally who checked on us and not so locally. Living in a place with no family, it's tough to think about having no where to go. But our small network of friends here have shown us that we do have people we can count on.
This still sucks, but we're fine.

Sorry to hear about everything. Hope all is well. Sounds like you need a day to just relax after all that.
You are very blessed to have even a small network of friends. And to them, I say thank you for looking out for my loved ones in OK when I feel so far away sometimes and can't be there for them. Nicole and T, you are sooo missed by your friends and family here!
