We had a busy weekend. I decided that we were going to have a weekend of Fall Fun! Caroline and I started Saturday at the Heritage Hills Historic Home Tour (say that 5 times fast). We had beautiful weather and we met Connie downtown for a nice afternoon of walking.
We didn't take too many pictures, but we got lots of oooh's and aaahhh's over the cute baby in the Moby!
After that we headed to Norman to meet up with cousin Melanie. She was working at an event at the Lloyd Noble Center and we spent a little quality time with her before heading home. By the time we got home, it was 6:30 and time for the football game to start!
We fed the baby and put her to bed and then watched the game. I, however, didn't make it past the 3rd quarter. Walking all day with a 15 lb baby strapped to you can wear you out!
Sunday, we started the day fairly early while Daddy went hunting. And someone, not naming any names, but someone tried to eat their swing while their breakfast was being made.
We had lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings and Caroline was in football heaven - lots of football on lots of TVs. She didn't know what TV to watch. She was mesmerized and didn't make a peep the whole time we were there.
After that we headed to the pumpkin patch. It was T's first experience with Fall Fun, but enjoyed it in the end. At the very least, he enjoyed making fun of me. But we got some cute pictures that I know we will be happy to have in years to come.
We stopped for some frozen yogurt and a small side trip to Academy for some deer corn, then headed back to the house. Melanie stopped by to visit on her way out of town and before we knew it, it was bedtime again. It wasn't nearly as pretty outside on Sunday as it was on Saturday, but we had a great time anyway.
Next weekend is just as exciting - our first football game in Oklahoma. We are headed up to Stillwater to watch the Cowboys take on Texas! Not sure where our seats are but the TV cameras always find a cute baby - so look out for us!

You'll get a laugh out of this one. I kept looking and looking at the pictures of Miss Caroline in the pumpkin patch and wondering what in creation had you done with her hair. I was very confused knowing you so well, and then I realized what I had thought was her hair was actually the pumpkin stem. Whew, I was beginning to wonder what OK had done to you.
Me, too, Julie! I kept thinking...I know you've been in OK a while, Nicole, but that Alfalfa-do!? I love the pumpkin patch pics! I think that pumpkin patch kicks the Nova Scotia pumpkin patch's butt!
Oh, forgot to say, Hi, Melanie!!! What was she doing in OK? Going to visit her cousins? How about that Baby Caroline?
